Sky Deals Page Redesign
A complete redesign of Sky’s Deals page aimed at improving clarity, reducing drop off, and boosting engagement. The goal was to turn the page into a simpler and more trustworthy point in the customer journey by helping users easily compare and select broadband, TV, and mobile offers.
Challenge
The old page was cluttered, inconsistent, and visually noisy. Key deal information was buried under carousel modules and vague labels which made it hard for users to understand what they were getting. Customers often dropped off before engaging with the offers. The challenge was to simplify and modernise the layout while supporting business goals and ensuring ease of use across devices.
Process
Audit and research
Started with reviewing analytics and competitor pages to identify weak points. This helped shape the foundation for what the page needed to communicate and prioritise.
Content and UX design
Removed legacy elements like outdated carousels and built a clearer layout using stacked content blocks. Worked with product and copy teams to present deals with more structure and consistency.
High fidelity prototypes
Created visual designs in Figma with proper spacing, alignment, and hierarchy. Regular feedback sessions were used to refine visuals and interactions.
Developer handover and testing
Worked with engineers to ensure that each element was implemented as intended across screen sizes and content states. Addressed minor spacing and copy issues in QA.
Results
After the redesign and testing phase the page saw clear signs of performance improvement:
